Textbook pick up policy, As of July 2026

Our book pickup process is limited to specific windows of time. Doormen are only on-site 30 minutes before class begins and for about 60 minutes after the class starts. They are not present for the full duration of the class, and instructors cannot step away from teaching to distribute materials. Because of this, we cannot guarantee book availability outside the designated pickup window.

Supplies also vary based on who has already picked up, and in some cases students collect books for classmates. The only time we can fully guarantee a book is when the doormen are present. After they leave, availability cannot be ensured.

It is each student’s responsibility to arrive during the pickup window or send someone on their behalf with their Key ID QR code.
